Amore Client Wedding Day Timeline Worksheet

For our amazing wedding couples who want to make sure their wedding day runs smoothly, regarding photography & cinematography. Please complete the online worksheet form below, in the comfort of your own home or office. Once completed and submitted, we will be able to design your wedding day timeline, which we can go over on the phone or via email (at your convenience). Completed & finalized timeline can be shared with your immediate family members and bridal party via PDF (for phones) or print, so they will know exactly where to be -- at the right times -- to smile for our cameras. Pre-Ceremony (Getting Ready) Locations

Please let us know the locations of both Bride & Groom getting-ready venues and the approximate time-frames you will be at these venues for preparations. EXAMPLE 1: Bride & Bridesmaids getting ready at Hotel 340 - Cedar St, St Paul, MN 55101 (9:00 a.m. - 1:00 p.m.) EXAMPLE 2: Groom& Groomsmen getting ready at brothers house (Johns) in St. Paul - 222 Wabasha Ave, St. Paul, MN 55624 (11:00 a.m. - 1:00 p.m.)

Will you be having a FIRST LOOK before the Ceremony, with one another

If choosing to have a First Look, then all formal family photos and bridal party photos can take place a few hours before ceremony, instead of between the ceremony & reception. It makes for a far less stressful time after the ceremony, so you will have more time to mingle with guests and loved ones. Please choose yes or no below.

If Choosing "YES" To First Look, Please Let Us Know The Location Of Your Choice

First Looks can take place at local parks, or favorite local scenic spots, and even at the location of your getting ready. It is all up to you. EXAMPLE: Hotel 340 Lobby, by the winding staircase

Family Formal Photos & Bridal Party Photos Time & Location

If planning a First Look then the Formal Family Photos will be at the same location as First Look (or nearby). However, if waiting until after the ceremony for formals, then either the church or nearby location would be beneficial. EXAMPLE: Hotel 340 Gardens after First Look (1:30 p.m - 2:30 p.m..). EXAMPLE 2: Ceremony venue directly after ceremony. (4:30-6:30 p.m.)

Please list all Bridal Party Members and their full names and titles. EXAMPLE: Laura Hill (Maid of Honor); Jim Jansen (Best Man) etc.

Bride's Immediate Family

Please make sure to include siblings and their spouses and children as well. (Ex: Dad- Tom Smith, Mom- Sharon Smith, Sister - Lori Tate & husband Gary Tate, children Allie & Gary Jr., Brother - Daniel Smith & wife Katy, children Aiden & Griffin. etc)
